This bill clarifies that lottery games shall be operated and managed in a manner that maximizes revenues to the state and its counties, and cities and towns.

This bill props up the lottery to maximize the revenues and if passed it will be used in a future discussion and evaluation of the lottery program.  WAM testified in Support with the idea that the lottery has been in place for a few years with the intent to send profits to support local governments and WAM supports continued conversation to ensure maximum benefit.
